Here are the items needed for your homemade teeth whitening process:
- Hydrogen peroxide
- Baking soda
- Toothpaste
- Regular mouthwash
Follow these simple directions and you are ready to smile away :) :
- Mix ½ cup hydrogen peroxide with ½ cup of regular mouthwash.
- Gargle the mixture for a minute and rinse.
- Brush you teeth with a mixture of 1 tsp of baking soda, a bit of toothpaste and ½ tbs of water.
- Finally rinse off with warm water.
