9 Remarkable Quotes

In your quiet moments, what do you think about?

How far you've come, or how far you have to go?

Your strengths or your weaknesses?

In your quiet moments, pay attention to your thoughts.

Maybe, just maybe, the only thing that needs to shift in order for you to experience more happiness, more love, and more vitality, is your way of thinking.

Here are nine thought-provoking quotes to get those wheels  in your head turning positively:

Happy Power to the "People" Day

"Government by the people; a form of government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised directly by them or by their elected agents under a free electoral system".

That is the definition of Democracy by Dictionary.com.

So....

If that definition applies to Nigeria, then from the depth of my heart, I wish "us" a Happy Democracy Day.

If not....

Well, we will keep praying, hoping and working towards getting there.

Btw: I just love public holidays *smiling broadly and hugging my blanket closer*.

Question: How effective is our (Nigeria) Democratic system, using the last five years as a yardstick?.

Weekend Nugget #6

All you need in times of doubt yeah?

It is actually my favourite verse in the bible; gives me a sense of serenity in our sometimes upside down World ♥.

And I hope it does the same for you :).

Be Inspired ♡.

Waje: I Wish

This is one of my favourite songs. The first time I heard it, I actually thought it was done by a foreign artist (not that am saying we don't have great artists here in Nigeria) but we all know we tend to expect fast paced songs from a large chunk of artists with very few exceptions like Burna Boy, Bez, Ebisan, Blackmagic and now; Waje.

I also really like the video production, done by the talented Clarence Peters.

As we step into the weekend mood...relax, stretch out your feet and enjoy.
